little ships







fixed up that front lightmapping issue, made some little ships and resolved most of the skybox quarms ive been having, probably still will change it tomorrow.

end is neigh, horsey ... worst title ever









fixed up the skybox, fixed all bar 1 bit left of the light map, circled it, I think its to do with the fact i've got mesh's going through each other and as a result the distance between the "layers" is really thin, as a result, its causing some really weird lighting issue. Least it only shows after the lighting is baked, so doubt its anything else. Will boolean that all together tomorrow. End is in sight huzzah! really want to go play Homeworld again now.. .. ....

long day

busy day, had a litteral fuck tone of lighting errrors, so sorted through 98% of those, that took a long time, sorted out the windows, added more details around the hull, added some more attenena to break up the outline every so slighly. also enabled the raytracing in unreal 4, but i seem to get some really weird artefacts that only appear in 1 location. Might try to resolve it, worse comes to worse i'll just revert it back to the standard shadow system
