smoothing and a barrel!

Just changed some smoothing groups and added a barrel and some bracers on it, nothing major

Finished up the cabin outter shell, obviously no details, but the shape is roughly correct i think

added the plough, working out the frame work, and how the body just fits together in general, kinda confusing build seeing as its all just randomly welded together.
