Tweeked the lid, way more happy with it now, probs could do with a little morework still, but im far happier now. Also made a basic pipe and mat for that. Need to finish up the end of the hose, and this will be done n dusted.
So I watched the new zbrush summit presentation. My god! awesome, but now me learning how to do complicated shapes is a tad redundent due to the new version's features. Ive decided to stop progress on a deliberatly difficult object when I could easily do it in max (which is what id normally do) as i was doing it mainly to get pratice doing difficult shapes in zbrush.
Just practiced making more hardsurface shapes and also figured out how to refine the lines along the shape of the bit i made a couple days back with all the lines. was a messy blob until today as the extract didnt like the curved edges and the masking of a dynameshed object probably wasnt the brightest idea for straight lines. lesson learnt i suppose!
Continued on with some hardsurface stuff, also some animals i drew and i went to a "drink n draw" session and drew some random stuff based off their themes or whatever was being talked about. forgive me. drawing from imagination is tough...
